Exchange & Returns Policy
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Exchange Store credit only. We are pleased to offer Store Credit of any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused items, in original condition with original tags attached, and free of make-up & deodorants stains. Garments will not be accepted for returns. Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Sale Items and Accessories are not eligible for exchange or return. [NO EXCEPTIONS] If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer store credit only within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note returns will take 3-10 business days upon arriving our facility and Customer will be notified by email once your package has been received and refund is processed.
The Style Plug reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Shipping & Handling
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed the following business day.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail & UPS. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
